How We Work
Order Process
1. Measure
We will send our consultant to your home to show you our samples where you will be able to choose your desired window treatment. He will continue to take detailed measurements.
2. Obtain Quote
Our office will enter your measurements into our software, where we will send you a detailed quote for your review. Once the order is confirmed, we will place it into production and have it ready within 2-3 weeks!
3. Install, Delivery, or Pick Up
Once your order is complete, we will contact you to schedule a day for the pick up, delivery, or installation of your shutters!

Where are you located?
Our factory is located in Norcross, Georgia, which is approximately 30 minutes from Atlanta, Georgia.
What areas do you deliver, install, or ship to?
We deliver and install shutters anywhere in Georgia! We can also deliver to other surrounding states depending on the order size and exact location of the delivery. However, we do not offer any shipping for shutters at this time.
What is your cancelation policy?
You can cancel your order as long as production of your shutters has not begun. Since all of our shutters are custom-made, we are unable to provide refunds once production starts. However, we are committed to working with you and finding the best solution!
How does the billing process work?
To secure your shutter order, we request a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% to be paid 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up, delivery, or install.
Do you offer exterior shutters?
At this time, we do not offer exterior shutters as part of our product lineup. Our focus is currently on providing high-quality interior window treatments exclusively. If you have any questions about our interior options or need assistance, we would be more than happy to help!
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
